How to use HeptaPay in Uganda

1. Select a Service

Select the platform you want to pay to. If unsure, click "Pay" from the menu bar.

2. Enter Amount to be Received

Enter the amount that you want the recipient to get in UGX.

3. (Optional) Enter Amount to Pay

You can enter the amount that you want to spend in USD. We will update the amount that the recipient will get in real time.

4. (Conditional) Enter Account Number

If you selected a merchant service, this option will be available. Enter the 6 or 7 digit merchant code, or recipient account number.

5. Enter Recipient’s Phone Number

Fill in the recipient’s phone number. The transaction confirmation SMS will be sent to this number.

6. Pay with Debit or Credit Card

Pay with a VISA, Mastercard or American Express card from anywhere in the world. After you pay, the transaction will be completed in less than 30 seconds.
