Card Payment not Working

HeptaPay uses an external Payment Gateway to process card payments. You can pay with your VISA/Mastercard/American Express debit or credit card. We do not store your card/bank details.  

If you face an issue during the check out process, try the following:  

  • Make sure you are not connected to a Virtual Private Network (VPN). For your security and safety, HeptaPay does not accept transactions from behind a VPN.
  • Does your card support 3D Secure transactions? HeptaPay requires all customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. If your card issuer does not support 3D Secure authentication (most older cards don't), reach out to our support team with your transaction details, and we'll verify your card via alternative means.
  • Make sure you have entered a correct billing address with the correct country. The address should be the country from where your card was issued, and not where you currently reside.
  • Ensure your account is funded.
  • Refresh the page and try again. Whenever any error occurs during the payment process, you have to refresh the page and create a new transaction.
  • Contact your financial institution to find out if they are blocking transactions to HeptaPay. This sometimes happens for first time customers.
